LSPⅡ-series double-layers vertical plastic sheet extruding machine is mainly used to produce various kinds of top grade sheets of PP,PE,ABS,EVA and HIPS.
Structure characteristic:
1.The primary and secondary extruding machines are both adopted big length-diameter ratio of the screw, to make good effect plasticization, which ensures thequal thickness and smoothness of the sheet;
2.Electric or hydraulic rapid net changing device is
equipped;
3.The divider and die head of the out composite design make
proportion of the lamination layer easy to adjust;
4.Motor with reducer to link the three rollers singly,
ensuring the requirement of speed for technology of
sheet;
5.Unique mold temperature device can adjust the
temperature of the three rollers to eliminate internal
stress of the producing sheets.
